Volunteer with Specialty Coffee Association

| SCA Instructor Application

December 31st - January 1st, 2023

If you have completed the SCA Instructor Development Program, you can now be considered for an instructor role at any of our upcoming events - SCA Expo, Barista Camp, Roasters Guild Retreat, other.

The first step -- complete the Instructor Application below and become part of the SCA VERIFIED INSTRUCTOR POOL.

Throughout the year when volunteer instructor opportunities become available, they will be filled by our Verified Instructor Pool.

Verified Instructors will be invited to apply for the event by completing a simple Event Preference Form (EPF) indicating what days and classes they would like to instruct.

You only need to complete this Instructor Application once. Any updates to your contact info or credentials can be done simply by following the profile link in your email confirmation (no password or sign-in required). Remember to use the same EMAIL for all your EPFs - this is how we will link your application to the event and track your volunteer history.

Ready to Join the SCA Instructor Volunteer Team?

1. Complete the Instructor Application below.
2. SCA will verify your credentials.
3. Within 7-10 days you will be notified of your status.
4. Look for future volunteer opportunities in your in-box and submit your Event Preference Forms to participate.
