Your involvement makes coffee better and we deeply appreciate your valuable time, skills and support. Roles are open to ages18 and up.

Volunteer Details:

• We offer a 3-day World of Coffee badge in exchange for volunteering for four (4) shifts. (If you are a paid member of the SCA, or tied to a company membership, you are only required to volunteer for 3 shifts). Not sure if you're eligible? Contact us here to find out.
• Volunteers are responsible for all expenses related to food, lodging and travel.

How to sign up?

• Select your volunteer shifts based on the role descriptions, your skills, availability and interests. Please be sure of your availability, travel arrangements and Visa requirements BEFORE you register for any volunteer shifts. 
• Need a letter of invitation? Request one here.

Next steps:

• After signing up for your shifts, you are confirmed as a volunteer. Save your confirmation email, and if you need to make any adjustments to your shifts, you can log into your profile from the confirmation email. 
• Look for your code (via email) to register for your badge in late January 2026.
• If you need to cancel your shifts, please reach out to us via email so we can make sure to have your shifts covered. Please do so by April 1, 2026.
