SCA EVENT INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION FORM




Becoming a volunteer instructor at SCA Events is more than just lending a hand. It's an opportunity to give back to the community you feel most passionate about by sharing your knowledge and expertise with others. Volunteering fosters relationships with people from around the world that share similar interests. It's the perfect opportunity to help the coffee industry flourish.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING.



LET'S GET STARTED

Each instructor applicant is asked to complete two different forms.

Form 1: Instructor Application
  • You will be asked to complete this form the first time you apply to be an instructor at an SCA event or if new information is required.

  • This form is one page long.

  • If you completed the form for an event prior to August 2018, you will be asked to complete the Updated form.

  • This form will be found in your profile and you can update your experience and credentials at any time by contacting volunteers@sca.coffee. Instructions for updating your profile will also be included in your confirmation emails.


Form 2: Event Preference Form
  • You will be asked to complete this form for each event in which you would like to participate as a volunteer instructor.
  • This form is one page long and separate from the Instructor Application form. After you complete the instructor application form (page 1) and click the CONTINUE button, you will be shown the Event Preference Form for the event you are applying to volunteer instruct.

  • Read the event specific instructions and answer the event specific questions.

  • Submit the Event Preference Form


PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION AND EVENT PREFERENCE FORM, WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO INSTRUCT AT AN EVENT.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Your profile is connected to your email address. Remember to use the same email address every time you complete a new Event Preference Form.



VOLUNTEER PROFILE - EDITS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any edits to your volunteer application or have your volunteer profile deleted completely, please contact volunteers@sca.coffee.
