VOLUNTEER SHIFT SELECTION FORM

Thank you for volunteering at the World of Coffee Asia 2024 this coming May in Busan, South Korea!

Before you select your shifts, please read all of the information below.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT

All volunteers can earn a complimentary 3-Day World of Coffee Volunteer Badge ** if they work the minimum number of three (3) shifts during World of Coffee.

*WCC & SCA do not provide flights, accommodation or any other reimbursement for Volunteers.

SHIFT SELECTION INSTRUCTIONS

Once you select a shift it comes out of inventory and will not be available for others to choose from. We are counting on you to fulfil your volunteer commitment for the shifts you select.

After the successful shift selection, you will receive a confirmation email with your shift details. At any time you can log in to your volunteer profile and update your information and change any shifts.

Closer to the event, you will receive information on how to retrieve your World of Coffee volunteer ticket, and other essential information to prepare you for attending the event.

The times listed are the actual times of the volunteer commitment.

Volunteer shifts may not be shared by more than one volunteer. We expect the volunteer shifts you select will be worked by you.

** Cancel Policy

If you are unable to fulfil the volunteer shifts that you signed up for, please notify us by April 15th, 2024, by emailing volunteers@sca.coffee. You will not be penalized or charged any fees.
