Welcome to the 2025 World of Coffee Jakarta Volunteer Registration page.
-Please choose your volunteer shifts based on your skills and availability during the shift dates and times, you will find detailed volunteer role descriptions with every available role. Roles with a green label may be interesting for first-time volunteers or for volunteers without a specific skillset.
-After registering you will receive a confirmation email, please keep this for future reference. You can cancel and choose shifts using the "Open the Event" link in your confirmation mail. The final cancellation/change date is 1 May 2025.
-Closer to the event you will receive an email inviting you to register for your free entry badge for the full event (when choosing a minimum of 3 volunteer shifts). You will receive a mail containing a QR code that you can exchange for your entry badge onsite (make sure to keep an eye on your spam/junk mail).
