Welcome to the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo Volunteer Registration page. 

-Please choose your volunteer shifts based on your skills and availability during the shift dates and times, you will find detailed volunteer role descriptions with every available role. Roles with a green label may be interesting for first-time volunteers or for volunteers without a specific skillset.

-After registering you will receive a confirmation email, please keep this for future reference. You can cancel and choose shifts using the "Open the Event" link in your confirmation mail. The final cancellation/change date is 1 April 2025.

-In the confirmation mail we ask you to register for your free entry badge for the full event.
Important: SCA Members are required to choose 3 volunteer shifts to obtain a free full event badge, non members are required to choose 4 shifts. Associate membership is free. 

 You will receive a mail containing a QR code that you can exchange for your entry badge onsite (make sure to keep an eye on your spam/junk mail).
