Welcome to the 2025 World Barista Championship at HostMilano (held at Fiera Milano, Rho) Volunteer Registration page. 

-Please choose your volunteer shifts based on your skills and availability during the shift dates and times, you will find detailed volunteer role descriptions with every available role. 

You can cancel and choose shifts using the "Open the Event" or "My Profile" link in your confirmation mail. The final cancellation/change date is 15 September 2025. SCA members need to choose 3 volunteer shifts to be eligible for a free full event entry badge, non members need to choose 4 shifts to be eligible for a free full event entry badge.

We unfortunately are unable to offer support with lodging/travel to any volunteers.
